Our history

Prizma Group is a total Facility Management (FM) service provider, with partners all across the country. The company’s predecessors were named Junior and PQS, and had several decades of experience with a long-term market presence and a solid reputation.

 

The predecessor of Junior Catering Public Company, founded on 1 October 1952 was called Plant Nutrition Company. This company changed its name to Children Nutrition Company in the time period between 1953 to 1986, and then to Junior Catering Company. After the political changes in the late 1980s, the company was first transformed into a joint stock company, then in 1996 it has become a private company with a catering profile and with full Hungarian ownership. In 2014, Prizma FM P.C. has purchased 100% of the shares of Junior P.C., thereby becoming its sole owner.

 

The PQS business group was founded in 1996, and it has become one of the determining players of the Hungarian facility management market. The company is now in 100% Hungarian ownership but it never ceases to leave behind the long tradition of business culture of the German founders, Plural GmbH. As a result of the innovative leadership, the portfolio of the provided services and its scope became complete by 2012, as colleagues were and are available in all the bigger cities in the country, and able to solve every task connecting to facility management.

 

As of 2019, Junior and PQS are continuing jointly their operations under the name of Prizma Group and as a result, the previous network of smaller service and organisational units are now brought under a joint management structure, which is able to ensure all required conditions for an efficient and modern operation. The group provides highly efficient FM services to its partners via its unified, well-regulated and transparent operations.

 

During our on-going operations, we put great emphasis on the human factor, both on the side of our partners and our own staff. We believe that the key to our success is not only to provide impeccable services but to put our heart into working out the best and likeable solutions for all those involved.

Péter Laczikó graduated as an economist at the Szent István University in 2004. He left his promising career at the Hungarian Military and started working in the Hungarian FM sector in 2006. Until 2017, he held various positions with leading FM company, including serving as the Head of the Cleaning Division for several years. He has top notch professional skills and is also an excellent manager with good organisational skills and highly committed to support the work of the organisation he’s heading and to provide top quality services. He applies a methodical and holistic approach, which serves as a guarantee for the long-term business success and further development of Prizma Group.

As an economist, Attila Boros has gained significant experience primarily in the food wholesale sector. He started his career at METRO Cash & Carry, then became the CEO of Interfruct Food Trading Ltd. He has been leading our Public Catering Division since 2013. His responsibilities were also extended to cover the Business & Industrial (B&I) Catering units in 2018. Attila pursues a highly dynamic management style and follows very strict financial management rules and a strict compliance with the fundamental quality and hygiene principles, thereby making this division become profitable and putting it on a growth path. As Deputy Business CEO he supports the business development of the other Prizma Divisions.

Attila Szabó graduated in economics from Budapest University of Economics in 1995, then he graduated in law degree in economics from ELTE University Institute of Legal Training. He started his professional career at the IBUSZ Group, where he held various positions in financial fields, then he worked in the bank sector as financial controller and network developer. For the last 20 years he has been working in the field of facility management, of which in the last 5 years he has been advising as consultant in the management activities of various companies. As Deputy Finance CEO he is responsible for accounting, finance, controlling, IT, asset management and for establishing and maintaining regulated organizational operations. His well-balanced personality and innovative approach are essential for the daily and long-term sustainable operation.

Tibor Szűcs has nearly two decades of professional experience in the field of Facilities Management, of which he spent 11 years in senior management position. He utilized his professional expertise at a Hungarian-owned company group from 2013, and then as director of the FM business from 2017. He achieved outstanding results in the development of the business and the company. Tibor's professional qualification is Real Estate Economist. His intention is to develop the Technical Operation Division of Prizma Group and implement its efficient operation in the long term.

Enikő Aranyosi graduated in economics in 1998. She started her professional career at AXA Colonia Insurance company, where she gained not only Hungarian, but foreign accounting experience. She worked as chief accountant and chief financial officer at several facility management companies from 2002 for 15 years. She managed complex corporate management system developments and implementations as project lead in the past 4 years. Enikő supported out team as consultant for many years, but from the spring 2021 we have her on our board. She is responsible for HR - labour affairs, tendering, marketing and legal affairs. She has thorough market knowledge, analytical thinking, balanced, persistent personality and work attitude, what strengthens our group of companies.

Péter Máté spent several years of active service with one of the priority supporting institutions of the Hungarian Defence Forces after graduating with a degree in Electrical Engineering and Logistics. He was responsible for countless tasks from basic logistics to procurement and was ultimately responsible for the overall logistics of the organization. He began his career in the market as managing director of a wholesaler of cleaning supplies, cleaning and hygiene products, then he was head of the cleaning  business at Future FM for two and a half years. His calm and thoughtful personality is accompanied by persistent work. As a team player, he strives to succeed as the leader of colleagues who are well-balanced, committed and servicing value-based solution to Partners.
